There’s something about the Moon that always feels like home to me. She moves through her phases quietly but powerfully and with every shift, she reminds me that life is not about rushing to the finish line, but about honoring the cycles – release, rest, renewal and growth.

Over the years, I have fallen in love with tracking her phases. Each morning, I write in my journal about where she is and what she carries, like a cosmic companion whispering reminders of balance and patience.

And today, Madre Luna (Mother Moon) gifts us with something extraordinary: A New Moon wrapped in the shadow of a Solar Eclipse. If you have been walking this journey with me for a while you already know how much I love the Moon. She is my quiet teacher, my gentle reminder, my daily companion.
