The other night, I came across an old note I wrote back in 2021. Reading it again felt like uncovering a hidden message from my soul. A reminder of who I am and why I am here.

Back then I wasn’t sure if I would ever share it. But now … I see it as a piece of my journey that deserves to live beyond my phone screen. So here it is raw and unpolished, just as it came through me that night.

Just Sayin

What if we are light beings

being enslaved in our human form

Here to make their empire run.

We are lost in all the noise that we forget who we really are

Powerful beyond measure

What if the UFO sightings were rescue missions?

Just saying

Maybe🤔

I am not this flesh

I am not this body

I am so much more

And every day I learn more of me!

There is so much more

This I know for sure

So much more and it’s coming to me

I am grateful for my ancestors

I will make you proud

I will uplift generations to come

And so, it is!

Reflection

When I first wrote these words, I felt them as a whisper – something bigger than me, a truth pressing to be remembered. Today reading them again, I feel the same pulse: that I am part of something vast and sacred.

Life has a way of distracting us, of pulling us into the noise and routine until we forget our essence. But every once in a while, a note like this shows up – whether from your past self or your higher self – and it reminds you of what is real.

I believe our ancestors walk with us, guiding and cheering us on. Their strength flows through us. And the choices we make today ripple forward into the lives of the generations to come. When I say, ” I will uplift generations to come, ” it feels less like hope and more like a sacred assignment.
