” The soil remembers. The bloom forgives. And the soul, patient as the moon, keeps turning toward the light.”

There comes a point on every healing path when the noise quiets and you begin to hear your own pulse again. At first it can feel like loneliness, but soon you realize it’s the sound of becoming: the moment your spirit and your humanity begin to move in rhythm.

I used to think healing was a straight road to peace: one decision, one meditation, one brave step, and everything would be perfect.

But healing is a spiral, not a line.

Each turn brings new understanding. Each new season ask for a little more trust.

Lately I have learned that solitude is the soil, where transformation takes root. Becoming is the bloom, and connection – the quiet, authentic kind – is the pollination that spreads our truth into the world.

Remembering the Self

As I have walked through loss, motherhood, silence, and rediscovery, I have found pieces of myself in unexpected places:

in Jung’s words about individuation.

in the spiral patterns of nature

even in the faint “M” and “X” markings that trace stories on my palms.

They remind me that we carry our maps within us.

Each synchronicity, each sacred pause, whispers. You are guided. And though the path can be overwhelming at times, there is always a hand – seen or unseen, steadying the light.

From Fear to Flow

There is a gentle trembling that comes when you realize your purpose is real. I have spent years staying small, helping quietly from the background, afraid of shinning might look like pride. But humility isn’t hiding; its honoring the gift and letting it serve.

Some days I still pause before stepping forward.

Then I breathe and remember:

” I am safe in my becoming. “

Because this isn’t about being big; it’s about being true.

Awakening as Gratitude

Awakening doesn’t make life easier- it makes it truer. You start to see meaning in places you once saw a mess. You start to forgive parts of yourself that once only knew survival. And you start to walk with wonder again, recognizing that every soul you meet is part of the same unfolding garden.

Today, as I breathe, I am grateful for the spiral, for the soil, for the bloom, and for the moonlight that keeps me turning toward love.

Closing Affirmation

‘I walk with remembrance in one hand and wonder in the other, I do not rush the bloom: I trust the rhythm of my becoming.’✨
